Our team has negotiated construction contracts for projects as typical as schools, retail and office buildings, and as unusual as the pavilion for the Euclid Beach Carousel in University Circle and a stamping plant built to manufacture parts for military vehicles.
Our construction lawyers successfully defended against the secured claims of several sub-trades and vendors on a large public project totaling several millions of dollars after the owner refused payment, resulting ultimately in workable resolutions with both the owner and the lower tier contractors.

Our firm has effectively represented clients in various commercial real estate sales and acquisitions ranging from multi-tenant apartment buildings to mobile home parks to industrial properties.
Brian W. Bonham, Esq. can be found in the Moeller High School Athletic Hall of Fame (Class of 1989) for Soccer and still holds the single season record for most goals and total points and second all-time in goals.
