- Members of our team have been involved in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, whether representing the debtor or the creditors’ committee, across the United States, including Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Florida, in addition to multiple out-of-court restructuring in numerous other states.
- We received the Turnaround/Transaction of the Year award from the Turnaround Management Association (Ohio Chapter) for our role as Committee counsel in the successful restructuring of Quaker Steak & Lube restaurants.
- We successfully reorganized CBK Futures, Inc., a Burger King® franchisee with 10 locations, through a Section 363 sale.
- We served as Ohio counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Murray Metallurgical.
- We successfully reorganized the business of EB Display Company (and affiliates) through an approved sale of substantially all assets under section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code.
