Emily Frohman is a member of the Corporate and Business Transactions Department and focuses her practice on representing companies in corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business formation and governance, and contract matters.

Emily counsels closely-held businesses on all aspects of corporate and business law.

Emily also counsels businesses with distressed debt concerns both in and out of bankruptcy, and represents debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. In addition, Emily has experience representing purchasers of assets of distressed businesses.

She graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and served as a senior editor of the Case Western Reserve Law Review.

Emily has been selected as a Smart Business Dealmakers Rising Star (2024).
