PRACTICE AREA: Litigation

Mr. Theado is a member of our Firm's Litigation Department focusing his practice on class actions and other forms of complex civil litigation involving a purposefully wide range of subject matters including shareholder and consumer rights, pension benefit law, environmental injuries, real estate value diminution, and contract damages, toxic-tort damages, and other areas responsive to client queries.

Throughout his career, Tom has authored numerous articles related to litigation, trial practice and evidence, and class action cases, evidence, and practical techniques for trial success.

Many courts - locally, regionally, and nationally - have appointed Mr. Theado to serve as a Class Counsel in numerous class-action lawsuits. Tom has also successfully represented litigants opposing class-certification efforts.
