The Associate Board helps the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission achieve its mission to measurably improve the economy of Greater Cleveland and enrich the community by attracting, creating, managing, and enhancing significant sporting and competitive events. The Sports Commission plays a vital role in bringing world-class sporting events to our region and inspiring community engagement.

As a lifelong Cleveland sports fan, this achievement reflects Jakob’s passion for both the law and our community, as well as his commitment to supporting the growth of sports and economic development in Northeast Ohio.

Jakob’s legal practice focuses on counseling businesses on complex corporate transactions, including both buy-side and sell-side, contract drafting and review, corporate governance matters, and any other legal issues a closely-held business may face.
