Dominic Parish is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department and focuses his practice on trust, estate, and probate litigation and all aspects of business litigation, with an emphasis on employment and worker’s compensation matters.
Dominic has represented clients in state and federal court and before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, and the Ohio Industrial Commission. He is also experienced in real estate, title, and oil and gas law.
Dominic graduated cum laude from the University of Akron School of Law in 2017. Prior to attending law school, he graduated cum laude from the University of Akron in 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
