Mr. Schrader serves on the Firm’s Board of Directors, is the Firm’s Executive Vice President and is a member of the Executive Committee.  He is Co-Chair of the Business Organizations & Tax Department.  Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Schrader served as in-house counsel with a well-known suburban Cleveland, Ohio real estate developer, in addition to serving as sole in-house counsel with one of the nation’s largest privately-held industrial sales and rental organizations headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Schrader’s practice is focused on commercial and residential real estate matters, limited liability company and joint venture matters and related tax issues, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, a broad range of business transactions and debtor-creditor matters, in addition to counseling closely held business entities. In addition to being an attorney, he is also a Licensed Title Insurance Agent by the Ohio Department of Insurance.

Mr. Schrader is a member of various professional bar associations and has been a featured speaker to the public and professionals on real estate and limited liability company matters.
