Ms. Zidar is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department. With over ten years of experience in media and employment law matters, Ms. Zidar has expanded her practice to include representing charitable health care institutions in real property tax matters once they enter the hearing stage, and working closely with her partners in the Business Organizations & Tax Department to counsel such clients in strategies to avoid or minimize their tax exposure.

Ms. Zidar has been active in several charitable foundations including Second Harvest Food Bank and is a current board member of the Karen P. Nakon Breast Cancer Foundation.
