Mr. Phillips is a member of the Litigation Department, focusing on workers’ compensation defense.   He heads the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Group rating practice.  He has argued before the Court of Appeals and represented private and public employers before the Industrial Commission in district offices statewide.

Mr. Phillips has a strong background in corporate law having served several years as general counsel for the largest insurance replacement rental car company  as well as  for an auto financing firm.
