Ms. Ashar is Of Counsel with the Firm’s Business Organizations & Tax Department. Her practice focus is all areas of labor law, employment relations, and non-profit law. Ms. Ashar has authored many published articles and books. She is a frequent presenter at law seminars and provides training for employers. She is a member of several nonprofit boards and is a past officer of the Lorain County Bar Association. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor at DeVry University, an Instructor of Legal Writing for The University of Akron School of Law and a member of the Akron Law Review Advisory Board.
